Coverage applies when the plan is your primary insurance. HSA cards are accepted and self pay is always welcome.

How coverage works
How do I know if my visit is covered?
If one of the listed plans is your primary insurance, call or text Julie with your plan name. For Aetna, UnitedHealthcare, DMBA, Meritain, Multiplan and First Health, lactation visits are covered and you can go straight onto her schedule.
I have Cigna. What is different?
Cigna visits are arranged through Wildflower Health. Use the Cigna link on this page to get approved first, then book.
My plan is not listed.
You can self pay, and HSA cards are accepted. Prices are posted on the visits and pricing page.
Is there a travel fee with insurance?
If you live outside Julie's usual line of travel there may be a travel fee. See the travel zones on the visits and pricing page.
